How an order runs

The same five steps whether you are furnishing twelve rental units or refreshing a forty-room hotel.

  1. Brief

    You send room or unit counts, style references, budget and timing.

  2. Shortlist

    Options from vetted factories, with ex-factory prices and an estimated landed cost.

  3. Samples

    You approve finishes, fabrics and key pieces before production starts.

  4. Inspection

    I check each batch at the factory against the approved samples and send photos and video before you pay the balance.

  5. Shipping

    Everything is consolidated into one container with one set of export documents, tracked to your port or door.

Furnishing units in batches with one consistent look, guest-proof fabrics and surfaces, and spare parts packed in the same shipment.

I source from the Foshan furniture cluster in southern China, one of the largest concentrations of furniture makers anywhere, and I visit factories in person. You get one point of contact who is accountable from the first sample to the container door.
